Botanica Workshop provides USPS shipping options for delivery to USA.* Orders received before 12pm are shipped out the same day whenever possible, with the exception of holidays and weekends. If you would like your order faster than 3-5 business days, please select an expedited method of delivery.

For international shipping please allow 15 business days from date of purchase for delivery.
Due to the impacts of COVID-19, packages traveling via Priority Mail and First Class mail have been experiencing delays in delivery. You can sign up for e-mail or text updates via the web page with your USPS tracking information.

I chose free shipping (USPS First Class shipping) and the tracking info says that it was delivered but I don't see it, where's my stuff?
Our best suggestion is to contact your local USPS mail carrier and post office with tracking details to let them know that you are missing a package.
This is most helpful if you can let them know within 24 hours of delivery. After that, it may be harder for them to help you locate the package.
Sometimes, packages are scanned incorrectly and they may show up in the next few days. Ask your neighbors if they have seen the package or the postal delivery service that day.
We have had several customers report packages missing, only to find that they have been left on the floor or behind another package.
For this order, you selected the free USPS shipping option, which does not include a signature upon delivery or insurance. Unfortunately, because the item is marked as delivered, there is not much that we can do from our side to help locate the package. Your best bet is to file a claim with your local postal carrier.

Who pays for import fees, taxes, and duties for international orders?
Botanica Workshop is not responsible for import fees, taxes, and duties for international orders. The customer is responsible for these charges.
All underwear bottoms (hi-waist brief, bikini brief, etc.), swimwear, sale items, and orders placed with a discount code are FINAL SALE.
Other items can be exchanged for another item or for store credit. No refunds will be given except in the case of damaged items, which must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and tracking information.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, please include photos of the damaged item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
