FREE Domestic USPS ground shipping on orders over $100
Botanica Workshop provides USPS shipping options for delivery to USA.* Orders received before 12pm PST are shipped out the same day whenever possible, with the exception of holidays and weekends. If you would like your order faster than 3-5 business days, please select an expedited method of delivery.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any special request so that we can process the order in a timely manner. We will respond within 24 hours or the next business day.
For international shipping, please allow 15 business days from date of purchase for delivery. Botanica Workshop is not responsible for any import fees, taxes, and duties for international orders.
Due to the impacts of COVID-19, packages traveling via Priority Mail and First Class mail have been experiencing delays in delivery. You can sign up for e-mail or text updates via the web page with your USPS tracking information.
* Please note that the FIRST CLASS and FREE SHIPPING options do not include signature confirmation or insurance. We do not accept requests for replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.
All underwear bottoms, swimwear, masks, sale items, and orders placed with a discount code are FINAL SALE.
Other items are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Botanica Workshop does not process any refunds except in the case of damaged items, which must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that were received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and tracking information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed upon approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the person who originally purchased it.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
